Every book is different and quotes vary widely depending on the specifications.

The form below provides just some of the basic initial information we need to prepare an estimate. There are many other considerations when undertaking a publishing project which will affect the price. We can discuss the project in more detail once we establish that you are comfortable with the initial ball park estimate.

For example, should your project require it, you will need to consider costs associated with:

• picture research
• picture, quote or lyric permission charges
• recipe creation and testing
• cost of peer review
• creation of new photography
• the creation of illustrations such as maps, cartoons or graphs
• insertion of DVD or other material

Things to note about working with East Street

• We tend to work with larger corporate clients with a budget to produce publications of the highest quality.
• We tend not to work with individuals who want a few copies of their family history for friends and family – the costs are just too high for everyone involved.
• All work is invoiced 50% on commencement, 25% on going to print and 25% on delivery
